5. The purpose of the processing of the data

Business-to-Business operations.

Customer information recorded in AAC Global's data systems will be used in the maintenance, management and development of client relations and for analysis and statistical purposes in connection with the company's services, as well as for service production, offering, development and marketing.

Client information may be processed in AAC Global's own registers in compliance with the Personal Data Act.

6. Source of personal data

AAC Global's operative systems contain data provided by the person him/herself or his/her employer: name, address, telephone, e-mail address, street address if needed, skills level in the language to be studied, training needs, training participation information, employer, task and office within the company, completed translation work orders or other comparable work orders.

7. Right of inspection

Pursuant to section 26 of the Personal Data Act, everyone shall have the right to access to the data on him/her in a personal file. The request for access must be sent, signed and in writing, to the address AAC Global Oy, Jaana Rainivaara, Tammasaarenkatu 5, 00180 Helsinki.

8. Disclosure of data

AAC Global Oy shall not disclose the data to outsiders.

9. Register protection principles

The data in the operative systems is collected in databases, which are protected by passwords and other technical means.

The data system servers are located in locked equipment rooms, access to which is restricted and controlled. Data searches, browsing and processing on workstations is based on authenticated access rights.
